Let’s start with a caveat here: sequences of variations and sub-variations of the regular NMA are not necessarily in line with the year of their launch to the markets. Why? Because Panhandle Paden and me started with the classification when we thought we knew all the variants at that point in time early 2008, but were proved wrong later because further variations or sub-variations were discovered…
